Okay, so i'm not so great at this blogging thing as of late. I guess it's really just becuase I haven't been up to much of anything to blog about. I've been spending my days running, relaxing pool side, visiting family and friends, and just hanging out. I have a countdown until J-Twice gets to come home and I can't wait!!! Finally---someone to hang out with while everyone else is working! haha
Mom and Sarah have been taking a water aerobics class at the Y since the beginning of the year and they have so easily talked me into joining them while home. I may be the youngest one in the class, but it's been good exercise! :) I've enjoyed it.
My best friend, Shawna, got engaged last weekend!! :) Party time!!! Congrats to her and Will!!! This wedding is also the reason of me staying in the States until September. I am so ready to get back to Turkey, but that's a LONG trip to make in such a short period of time. So here's to helping plan a wedding and paying her back for all the awesome, amazingness that she was while planning our wedding.
Speaking of wedding, J-Twice and I just celebrated our 3 year anniversary!! I can't believe how fast the time has gone. It really feels like yesterday...he rocks my world and I couldn't have asked for a better man to be married to! Here's to another 60+ years! :)
I can not believe how fast this last year has gone. By time I get back to Turkey in September, we only have 10-11 months left there! We have LOTS of traveling and exploring to do in that short amount of time! Will be rather interesting to see where the AF and God leads us, but looking forward to it. I may not enjoy it
every day, but this military life has so far been a fun and adventurous life!
The next couple weeks will be a bit exciting, Brittany is coming in town and then J-Twice will be home! He has a handful of things planned that he would like to do so I am totally looking forward to it! This summer is going to fly by...babies will be born, friends and family will be getting married, vacations will be taken, memories will be made....here's to the summer nights and the good times!
